Privacy Policy — Chargeville
Last updated: 16 September 2026
EV Station Games ("we", "us") makes the mobile game Chargeville (the "Game"). This policy explains what the Game collects, why, and what you can do about it. We do not ask you to create an account and we never ask for your name, address or phone number.
What stays on your device
Your progress — station level, money, gems, staff, upgrades, cities, settings and tutorial state — is saved in a file on your device. We cannot read it, and it is removed when you delete the Game.
What is collected
| Data | Collected by | Why | Linked to you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advertising identifier (IDFA / Advertising ID) | Google AdMob | To show the rewarded ads you choose to watch and to measure them | No |
| Usage data (levels reached, features used, session length) | Google Firebase Analytics | To understand which parts of the Game people enjoy and where they get stuck | No |
| Crash reports and device model / OS version | Google Firebase Crashlytics | To find and fix crashes | No |
| Purchase history (which in-app product was bought) | Apple / Google, Unity IAP | To deliver what you bought and to restore purchases | No |
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising and tracking
Ads in the Game are optional: a video only plays when you choose to watch one (for example to double your offline income or to speed up a build). There are no forced ads between levels.
On iOS, before the first ad we ask for permission to use the advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads still work — they are simply less relevant to you. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or reset the identifier in Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Google's use of advertising data is described in Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543.
Analytics opt-out
The Game has an Analytics switch in its own Settings menu. Turning it off stops the Game from sending usage events. Crash reports may still be sent so that we can keep the Game stable.
Children
The Game is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you may ask us to confirm what data relates to you, to delete it, or to object to its processing. Because we do not hold an account for you, we may need the advertising identifier or a purchase receipt to find the data. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days.
In the EEA and the UK, the Game asks for your consent to personalised advertising the first time it runs an ad, using Google's consent form. You can withdraw that consent from the Game's Settings menu.
Data retention
Analytics and crash data are kept by Google for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Purchase records are kept as long as the store keeps them, so that purchases can be restored.
